Would you like to return your injooi products?

 

Here is how it works:

1.  Click the profile icon in the shop menu or log in directly here.

2.  Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".

3.  Open the email you received from us and copy the six-digit confirmation code.

4.  Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit code.

5.  Click "Request return" for the order you would like to return.

6.  If the order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return.

7.  Select a reason for the return and add a note if necessary.

8.  Click "Request return".

 

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a return label with shipping instructions via email. After we have received the goods, we will refund the purchase amount, provided your products are still unopened. We ask for your understanding that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened items.
