and Customer Information

Version: August 2026

I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application; Fundamental Provisions

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to business relations between azba cosmetics GmbH (hereinafter "we") and you, our customers, for orders placed in our online shop at www.injooi.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms and conditions, if any, is hereby objected to.

1.2 Any conflicting, deviating, or supplementary GTC of the customer shall not become part of the contract, even if we are aware of them, unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

1.3 Customers in our online shop may be consumers or entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their independent professional or commercial activity.

§ 2 Accessibility

2.1 In accordance with Section 14 (1) No. 2 in conjunction with Annex 3 No. 1 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), we provide information on how our website and our services in electronic commerce comply with the accessibility requirements of the relevant ordinance (BFSGV). This information can be accessed via a separate, appropriately labeled button (e.g., "Accessibility Statement") on our website and includes in particular:

• a description of the applicable accessibility requirements;

• a general description of the service in an accessible format;

• descriptions and explanations for understanding the service;

• a description of how the service meets the relevant accessibility requirements.

2.2 The contact details of the responsible market surveillance authority are: MLBF (under construction), c/o Ministry for Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Equality Saxony-Anhalt, Postfach 39 11 55, 39135 Magdeburg, e-mail: MLBF@ms.sachsen-anhalt.de.

2.3 We may use artificial intelligence (AI) and special tools to implement accessibility requirements and to account for visual, auditory, physical, cognitive, and neurological limitations. This includes, among other things, clearly recognizable font sizes and sufficient color contrasts, keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, easy-to-read language, and compatibility with standard screen readers.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

3.1 The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

3.2 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an offer. You place your offer by selecting the desired goods, adding them to the shopping cart, proceeding through the ordering process, and clicking the order button.

3.3 We will confirm receipt of your offer immediately via e-mail. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. We declare our acceptance of your offer within two days by one of the following alternatives:

• sending an order confirmation via e-mail;

• delivery of the goods ordered by you;

• request for payment.

3.4 Before completing the ordering process, you will be shown a summary of your order (selected goods and total price). You can check and correct your entries at any time using the back function. By clicking the order button ("Buy now" / "Order with payment obligation"), you submit a binding order.

3.5 Order processing takes place via e-mail, partially automated. Please ensure that the e-mail address you provided is correct and that no SPAM filters prevent receipt.

3.6 The contract text is saved by us. We will send you the order data and our GTC via e-mail. You can view our current GTC at any time in our online shop.

3.7 Minors may place an order with the consent of their legal representatives. Corresponding proof must be submitted in advance by post or e-mail to hello@injooi.de.

3.8 In the event of clerical or calculation errors, as well as the unavailability of goods, we reserve the right to withdraw from our obligation to perform. The customer will be informed immediately in such cases, and any consideration already paid will be refunded immediately.

3.9 For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT), which also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery. This service is included in the purchase price. For transparency: MeinEinkauf GmbH (DE-Konstanz, DE285677365) is also involved in the trade chain. The buyer does not incur any further costs.

§ 4 Terms of Delivery

4.1 Delivery is made to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Delivery is possible to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Detailed information on shipping costs and delivery areas can be found in our online shop.

4.2 Deliveries are made only after receipt of the purchase price or confirmed payment instruction plus any applicable shipping costs.

4.3 Self-collection is not possible.

4.4 If you are a consumer, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon delivery of the goods, regardless of whether the shipment is insured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not named by us. If you are an entrepreneur, delivery and shipment are at your own risk.

§ 5 Delivery Times; Force Majeure

5.1 Information on availability and delivery times can be found on our website in the respective offer.

5.2 "Force Majeure" refers to an event that prevents a party from fulfilling its contractual obligations if and to the extent that the affected party proves that (a) the impediment is beyond its reasonable control, (b) it was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of the conclusion of the contract, and (c) the consequences could not have been reasonably avoided or overcome.

5.3 Force Majeure includes, in particular: war, civil war, terrorist attacks, sabotage, trade and currency restrictions, embargos, sanctions, official orders, pandemics, natural disasters, fire, explosions, failure of telecommunications or transport systems, as well as general labor disputes.

5.4 A party invoking Force Majeure is released from its contractual performance obligations for the duration of the impediment, provided it informs the other party immediately. If the impediment lasts longer than 120 days, each party is entitled to terminate the contract by giving notice to the other party.

§ 6 Prices and Payment Terms

6.1 The prices stated and applicable shipping costs are total prices and include all price components, including statutory VAT.

6.2 Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They are shown separately in the respective offer. Unless free shipping is promised, the shipping costs are to be borne by you in addition.

6.3 For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply (e.g., customs duties, taxes, transfer fees), which are to be borne by you.

6.4 Unless otherwise stated for the individual payment methods, payment claims are due immediately.

6.5 The following payment methods are available to you:

PayPal / PayPal Checkout:

Payment processing is carried out via PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. You can pay with an existing PayPal account or open a new account. If you select PayPal Express, acceptance of the offer is deemed declared as soon as you give the payment instruction. Further information: paypal.com/de.

Stripe:

Payment processing is carried out via Stripe Payments Europe Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland. Further information: stripe.com/de.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details regarding the right of withdrawal and the withdrawal form can be found in our separate cancellation policy in our online shop.

§ 8 Retention of Title

8.1 The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

8.2 If you are an entrepreneur, the following applies additionally: We retain title to the goods until all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship have been settled in full. You may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business; in this case, you hereby assign to us all claims arising therefrom in the amount of the invoice total, and we accept the assignment. Pledging or transferring ownership of the reserved goods by way of security is not permitted. In the event of combination or mixing, we acquire co-ownership in proportion to the invoice value.

§ 9 Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier if possible immediately and contact us promptly at hello@injooi.de. Failure to make such a report has no impact on your statutory warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

§ 10 Warranty and Liability

10.1 Statutory liability rights for defects apply.

10.2 As a consumer, you are asked to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness and obvious defects and to inform us of any complaints as soon as possible. Failure to notify us has no impact on your statutory warranty claims.

10.3 If a feature of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, the deviation is only deemed agreed if you were informed of this before submitting the contract declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed.

10.4 We are fully liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us, our representatives, or vicarious agents, in cases of fraudulent concealment of defects, upon assumption of a quality guarantee, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

10.5 We are also liable for the slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), but only for the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. For the slightly negligent breach of other obligations, our liability is excluded.

10.6 According to the current state of technology, data communication via the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be error-free and available at all times. Therefore, we are not liable for the constant or uninterrupted availability of our online shop.

10.7 If you are an entrepreneur, the warranty period, contrary to the aforementioned provisions, is one year from delivery of the goods. This reduction in the time limit does not apply to culpably caused damages from injury to life, body, or health, to fraudulently concealed defects, to the assumption of a guarantee, or to statutory recourse claims.

§ 11 Vouchers

11.1 Promotional vouchers are issued by us to selected influencers or cooperation partners and cannot be purchased. Promotional voucher codes can be entered in the designated field during the ordering process. Only one promotional voucher can be used at a time; combination is excluded. Cash payment is excluded. Voucher codes may only be valid in connection with a registered e-mail address.

11.2 Sales vouchers can be purchased in our online shop. These are valid for 3 years in accordance with Section 195 of the German Civil Code (BGB), with the period beginning at the end of the year in which they were purchased. Cash payment is excluded.

§ 12 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The general consumer arbitration board (Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes) can be reached at: https://www.verbraucher-schlichter.de/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 13 Choice of Law, Place of Performance, Jurisdiction

13.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and international private law. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that the protection afforded by mandatory statutory provisions of the country of the consumer's habitual residence is not restricted (favorability principle).

13.2 The place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all services shall be our registered office, provided that you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, or if you have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany or the EU. The right to also call upon a court at any other legal place of jurisdiction remains unaffected.
